FAQs

Why is therapy important?

Therapy provides an unbias space for us to process our thoughts and feelings safely. To go to therapy doesn't mean that something is "wrong" with you, but rather that you are being intentional about understanding the patterns of behavior and feelings that have brought you where you are today, and to assist you in setting healthy goals for the future.
